FAQs

1. What makes Kottonology different from other fashion brands?
At Kottonology, we specialize in slow fashion, 100% organic cotton leisurewear that’s non-toxic, breathable, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly. Our Wear One, Share One initiative also means your purchase shares comfort with someone living with a skin condition or allergy.

2. How does print-on-demand work?
Every item is created for you on order—this helps reduce waste and keeps our supply chains efficient. While this means items may take 2–3 business days to dispatch, it ensures ethical production and sustainability.

3. How long does delivery take?
UK: 3-5 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days
Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

4. Do you charge for UK shipping?
Currently, we offer free shipping within the UK, but we reserve the right to introduce shipping fees in the future if necessary. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Contact us at contact@kottonology.com to begin the process.

6. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our collections are made from organic, chemical-free cotton, making them ideal for sensitive or allergy-prone skin, much gentler than regular cotton or synthetics like polyester or nylon.

7. What’s covered under the Wear One, Share One initiative?
Select collections are part of this giving-back program. When you purchase from them, we donate a similar item to someone in need of safe, skin-friendly clothing. Learn more on our dedicated Wear One, Share One page.

8. How can I care for my organic cotton garment?
We recommend washing at 30°C and air-drying to preserve the fabric’s softness and integrity. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or tumble-drying where possible.
