Return Window
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Return Process

1. Email contact@kottonology.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Return the item using a tracked service.

Return Costs

• For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage where applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, let us know when you contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
