4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s approved payment providers.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. As a slow-fashion brand, some orders may take slightly longer than fast-fashion alternatives.
We currently offer free UK shipping, subject to change.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition unless faulty.
