Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Estimates:

UK: 2–3 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days
Rest of the World: 10–14 business days

Shipping Costs: We do not currently charge shipping fees on UK orders. However, we reserve the right to introduce a shipping charge in the future if necessary. For international orders, shipping fees vary and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Tracking: A tracking number may be provided via email once your order ships, so you can follow your package.

Please note: Kottonology is an ethical business built on the slow fashion model. This means we focus on sustainable, small-batch production rather than mass manufacturing. While our delivery times are still relatively quick, they may take a little longer than fast fashion retailers — because we believe doing good for people and the planet is worth the wait.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at shauna@kottonology.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will reply with confirmation and return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked and insured method. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Want a different size or style? We’re happy to help — just let us know during your return request.
